When sharing Mentors Club International - iSuccess World with others...
It is important that they understand that you (just like I am) are an Independent Representative, Associate or Affiliate (which ever you like best) of the company. And that you are inviting them to become the same.
Not only is this important for you in helping establish the right business mentality. It is also important for you & the company legally.
You and I get paid to share the company product with others. And if those customers / members also share the company product with others too, we also get paid : )
You and I are not employees or co-owners of the company. So we are not offering people jobs with the company. We are offering them the opportunity to build their own business through an independent contractor status with the company.
This may seem like a simple issue & it is. But a very important one. It does need to be clear in your mind and in the mind of your Strategic Partners.
I am the owner of my own business. I choose to earn money by sharing the product that this company offers.
You are the owner of your own business. And you have chosen to earn money by sharing the product that this company offers with others.
That is POWERFUL! And it is more advantages than if we were co-owners or employees of the company.
So like me... be EXCITED that we are Independent Reps etc. And let's go out and show the world how AWESOME it can be to join us as Independent Strategic Partners too.
